Returns and Refunds

At Sportlifewear, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • You can request a change or cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.
  • After 6 hours, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment, so changes may not be possible.
  • Please email [email protected] with your order number and your request.

Returns

  • Return window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return conditions: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
  • Non-returnable items: Custom/personalized items or Gift cards

How to start a return:

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is eligible, we will send return instructions (and a prepaid return label when applicable).

Return Shipping Fees

  • We cover return shipping only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • This mainly applies to manufacturing defects or damage that happened during shipping.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for:

  • Items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described
  • Size or color changes (not available for sale items and custom items)
  • To request an exchange, email [email protected]. If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship your replacement.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear.
  • Partial refunds may apply if an item is returned used, damaged, or missing packaging/tags.
